  • How do I place an order?
    Browse our online shop, adding items to your bag. When you are ready to checkout click the Bag icon. This will direct you to the checkout page. By clicking checkout you will be offered with a selection of payment methods. Once payment has been completed a copy of your order will be sent to the email address you entered in the chekout process.
  • How do I know the status of my order?
    You will be notified via email as your order moves through our dispatching process, right up until the order is handed over to the courier company. If you are ever unsure of your order progress please feel to contact us.
  • What makes your products so unique?
    Our products are made with truly phenomenal ingredients, each ingredient purposefully chosen for its skin-loving qualities. We test our products for months before releasing them, ensuring that each product is perfectly formulated so that our customers experience the ultimate Bliss while their skin absorbs everything our products have to offer.
  • Will I recieve a courier tracking number?
    Yes. Every order will recieve a unique tracking number which can be tracked through the courier company's website. All of the required information will be emailed to you and updated on your Bliss Store Account.
