Shipping Policy
Products are shipped from Johannesburg, South Africa. Orders are dispatched within 3 working days of payment being received.
All orders are sent via a door-to-door courier service. Please ensure that there is someone to receive your order at your nominated address between Monday and Friday, 09:00 - 17:00. Please note that with our third party courier service your order will take 2-3 working days to arrive. Deliveries to outlying areas may take longer.
Return & Exchange Policy
We generally don't accept returns due to the hygienic nature of our products. However if you are unsatisfied with your order in any way, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order and we will do our best to resolve any issues. We will gladly exchange any defective products and will assess refunds on a case by case basis.
We don't issue refunds if a product has been used. When requesting a refund the product needs to be unopened, unused and in its original packaging.
